Schedule & connections
Upload the main schedule (Vessel Daily Movement, new edition and/or old format) and any connecting schedules (for example ALS SUMIRE SIN–BKK). Then pick POL and POD to get the earliest sailings, direct or with transhipment at Port Klang or Singapore.

Tip: copy a schedule (a screenshot, or the cells from Excel or an email) and press Ctrl+V anywhere on this tab. Excel, CSV and copied cells are read directly. Screenshots and PDFs are read by Claude.

Vessel cycles used for estimates
Each vessel's last voyage is repeated every cycle, up to 75 days ahead. The cycle is worked out from the voyages in the file. Type a number to override it, or leave it blank to use the file. Estimates are re-dated every day at 8am, and a newly uploaded main schedule replaces them.

Rules used
- The next vessel must arrive at the transhipment port at least the minimum connection days after the previous vessel's ETA (default 1 day, no same-day connections).
- Port Klang Westport (PKG(W)) and Northport (PKG) are separate. Moving between them needs a vessel leg (such as the Danum 178/179 shuttle), or inter-terminal haulage (ITT) by road. ITT is used only when the next vessel is at least the set number of days (default 10) after the feeder's ETA.
- Danum 159/160 are only boarded at Port Klang on the W voyage. The A leg goes round Penang.
- Ports marked OMIT in a vessel's remarks are dropped from that voyage.
- Main schedule 1 (new edition) covers the Danum and Linau fleet. Main schedule 2 (old format) is read for Harbour vessels only. Hidden rows and columns are ignored.
- Priority: direct first, then 1 transhipment. At Port Klang, the Danum 178/179 shuttle between Westport and Northport is used before ITT. Routes with 2 transhipments (e.g. KCH → SIN → PKG → LCH) are shown last, under “Least preferred”.
- For each sailing from the POL, the best route by that priority is shown, then the earliest arrival. Options are listed from the earliest departure.
Bookings
Upload the bookings workbook. Every booking whose “Connecting vessel” says “Pls advise” gets a connection from the schedules loaded on the Schedule tab. You download the same workbook with only those cells filled.
Documents coming next
Check and draft shipping documents against your own formats. Each one is learned from your past emails and files first.

Load list summary
Upload a load list from any POL (.xls, .xlsx or .csv). The columns are found automatically. If a layout can't be read, Claude reads it instead.
SI / Loading plan
Upload a stowage instruction (bay plan) or loading plan. Every slot is counted and totals are checked against the summary table in the file. A bay plan's slots (bay, row, tier, weight) are then used on the Stability tab.
Loading plan → SI
Drop the loading plan and the vessel's blank SI. Every box is written into the SI's bay plan: the POD code with the weight below, X in the second bay of a 40', DG in red, and ROB (shaded on the loading plan) shaded the same. The summary table is filled too. The SI's drawing, hidden sheets and formulas are kept.

Draft & stability
Pick the vessel and port, take the cargo from the SI you uploaded (or key it in by bay), and enter tanks on board. The result is a planning check. The vessel's approved loading computer and the master's sign-off still apply.
Cargo by bay (tonnes)
Deck cargo is placed at the VCG of tier 84, hold cargo at tier 06. Use the SI upload for slot-by-slot accuracy.
Tanks on board (tonnes)
Other weights
Anything not covered above: deck cargo, spares, an extra constant. LCG is measured with the same reference as the vessel's booklet.
Vessels
Each vessel needs data from its stability booklet. You can type it in, paste it from Excel, or upload booklet pages (PDF or photos) for Claude to read into the tables. Check every number against the booklet before you save.

Ports
Water density, depth at berth or channel, and tide for each port. These feed the draft and under-keel clearance check.
